Bonlieu public evaluation
Two kind of evaluation were done in the Bonlieu public aera.
First of them concerned laptop performances when accessing H.264 videos thru MRS interface via wireless LAN.
The second one was enquiry about WCAM technologies usages.
People in Bonlieu area were not exactly of the same categories as in Mifa area : they were mainly people interested in viewing animated films, and not in encountering professionals in a specific place as the MIFA.
The same method was used as in Citia booth but in a different context (more people around, festival stress, …). Behaviour observations revealed usage of more basic functions as in Citia Booth. The interest in streaming and wireless technologies was the same, but knowledge about them and regular use of them seemed to be lower. Wireless streaming technologies are considered beeing a great innovation and many people would use them during the Festival for accessing to animated movies extracts.
